Zuppa Toscana Soup
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 large white onion, diced
- 4 slices bacon chopped

- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 3 large Russet potatoes, peeled and chopped
