- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 3 large fresh poblano chiles or Anaheim chiles*
- 2 large red bell peppers
- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
