Whole Wheat Naan Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup warm skim milk
  • 2 1/4 t. yeast (or one packet)
  • 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup plain, low fat yogurt
  • 1/2 T. sugar
  • 1/4 t. baking powder
  • 1 t. salt
  • 2 T. Olive Oil
  • Seasoning for top (we used garlic salt)
