Whole Wheat Naan
- 1/4 cup warm skim milk
- 2 1/4 t. yeast (or one packet)
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup plain, low fat yogurt
- 1/2 T. sugar
- 1/4 t. baking powder
- 1 t. salt
- 2 T. Olive Oil
- Seasoning for top (we used garlic salt)
