- 2 - 15 oz. cans white beans (any variety)
- 1 - 12 oz. package shelled edamame, thawed
- 12 oz. thick cut bacon, chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 2 Tb. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tb. honey
- 1 tsp. salt
