  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 1 6-ounce can tomato paste
  • 1 12-ounce bottle beer
  • ½ cup chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1½ teaspoons cayenne
  • 1 15.5-ounce can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 8- ounce can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 8- ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • Shredded Cheddar
  • Sour cream or plain yogurt
