Tuna melt potato wedges
- 750g frozen potatoes wedges
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 shallot or 1/2 small onion, very finely chopped
- 100g grated cheddar or Gruyre
- 2x 160g cans of tuna steaks in spring water, drained
- bunch parsley , chopped (if you have it)
