Tandoori lamb with dressed lentils
- 1 tbsp tomato pure
- 4 tbsp 0 per cent Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp curry powder (use whatever kind you have)
- 1 garlic clove , crushed
- small chunk ginger , peeled and finely grated
- 4 lamb cutlets
- red onion , halved then finely sliced
- 2 limes
- 250g pack ready-cooked lentils
- olive oil
- 1 red chilli , deseeded and finely chopped
- handful coriander , chopped
