  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 limes, quartered
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt or sour cream (optional)
