  • 200g sprouting broccoli , roughly shredded, larger stalks removed
  • juice 1 lemon
  • seeds from half a pomegranate
  • small handful pumpkin seeds
  • 2 handfuls watercress
  • olive oil and extra lemon wedges, to serve
