  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of table salt
  • 3 tablespoons (1 ½ ounces/85 grams) unsalted butter, cut into 3 pieces
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, or more if needed
  • 2 cups crunchy, lightly sweetened granola
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • Vanilla or cinnamon ice cream or sweetened whipped cream for garnish
