  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
