  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup chili-garlic sauce (see Note)
  • ¼ cup plum or hoisin sauce (optional)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon toasted-sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
