Spiced prawns with avocado & bean salad
- 1 small ripe avocado
- red onion , finely chopped
- 1 x 400g tin black beans , drained
- 2 limes , 1 juiced, 1 cut into wedges
- 1 red chilli , in fine rings, finely chopped
- extra-virgin olive oil
- small bunch coriander
- 200g raw prawns
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp half-fat soured cream , to serve
- wholewheat tortillas warmed, to serve
