  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2 grinds ground black pepper
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 1 (28 ounce) can Italian plum tomatoes, chopped
