Soy Good Maple-Glazed Salmon
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. peeled and grated fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. Asian fish sauce (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
