Southern Shrimp and Grits
- For the Grits:
- 1 cup stone-ground grits
- 3 Tb. butter
- 2 cups shredded fontina cheese
- Cayenne pepper
- For the Shrimp:
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- lb. bacon, chopped
- lemon, juiced
- 2-3 Tb. chopped parsley
- 1 small bunch chopped green onions (3/4 cup)
