- For the ribs:
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
