Smoky Macaroni and Cheese Recipe
- 12 ounces sliced bacon

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

- 5 cups whole milk
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 8 ounces shredded Gouda cheese (about 3 cups)
- 4 ounces shredded smoked Gouda cheese (about 1 1/4 cups)
