- 2 fillets smoked haddock , about 150g each , skin on
- 1 garlic clove , finely chopped
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 x 250g pack Puy lentils (Merchant Gourmet microwavable pouch)
- a small bunch parsley , roughly chopped
- 1 lemon , chopped and cut into 4 wedges
