Sharp Cheddar And Herb Popovers

- ¼ chopped mixed fresh herbs (we use rosemary, thyme, sage, and chives, but any combination will work)

- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- Vegetable spray for the pans
