Senkais salmon tiradito
- 1 celery sticks
- onion , peeled
- 2cm piece ginger
- 1 small garlic clove
- green chilli , seeded
- a small handful coriander leaves
- 2 limes , juiced
- 1 tsp Maldon sea salt
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste - find in Asian supermarkets or buy online)
- 1 tbsp chilli oil
- 1 tbsp lemon oil
- 150g salmon fillet , very thinly sliced
- black sesame seeds , to serve
- garlic chives , to serve
