Sauteed Mushrooms with Marsala Wine & Thyme
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 shallot, minced
- 12 oz. crimini mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 6 oz. shiitake mushrooms, stems removed, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup Marsala wine
- 1 tbsp minced fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
