- 1 lemon , zested
- 3 tbsp tartare sauce
- 25g fresh breadcrumbs
- oil , for frying
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 ciabatta rolls, halved and toasted
- a few leaves round lettuce
- 1 beef tomato , sliced
- 1 red onion , finely sliced
