- 140g fresh broad beans , or frozen
- 140g fresh peas
- 5 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 80g packet sliced pancetta
- 4 heaped tbsp mint leaves, stalks removed
- 25g bunch flat leaf parsley , leaves removed
