Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
- 2 can of garbanzo beans, drained
- cup plain Greek yogurt
- cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1- 12 oz. jar roasted red peppers, drained
- Salt and pepper
- 2 dashes cayenne pepper
- Veggies for dipping (could use pita chips)
