Roasted Brussel Sprout and Millet Gratin
- lb brussel sprouts
- tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup cooked millet
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- cup milk, I prefer whole but others would work.
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon thyme
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
