Rich and Creamy Raw Mushroom Soup
- 2 1/2 cups mixed mushrooms (portobello, oyster or shiitakes)
- 1 1/2 cups raw cashews
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 cups water or as needed
- 1/4 cup white or yellow miso
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
- fresh ground black pepper to taste
- fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
