Radish and Wax Bean Salad with Crme Frache Dressing Recipe
- 1/2 cup crme frache
- 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest (from about 1 medium lemon)
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
