Punjabi-Style Scrambled Eggs
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, minced and grated
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
- 2 green chilies or jalapeos, seeded and chopped
