- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts fillets
- 4 slices of prosciutto or smoked streaky bacon
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- handful of sage leaves
- 25g butter
- 150ml dry white wine
- 4 tbsp double cream or crme frache
- cooked pasta , to serve
