- 1/2 cup of Red Wine, Sangiovese or other dry Red Wine
- 1 cup of Beef Stock
- 5 Tbsp. Tomato Paste Concentrate (double or triple concentration)
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Carrot, chopped
- 1 Celery Stalk. chopped
- 1 Tbsp. of Cream for finishing
- Salt and Pepper to taste
