Pork, ginger & black bean stir-fry
- 2 pork steaks, fat trimmed off
- 2 garlic cloves , finely sliced
- 2cm piece of ginger , grated
- 2 handfuls of green beans , trimmed
- 4 tbsp black bean sauce
