- 50g Parmesan , grated
- 140g thin-stemmed broccoli
- 200g ready-grated mozzarella
- 100g semi-dried tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove , chopped
- 4 Italian pork sausages , skins removed and split into bite-sized chunks
