  • 12 oz shrimp (375 g), peeled and deveined, thawed if frozen
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) finely grated lemon zest
  • ¼ tsp (1 mL) cayenne pepper
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup (125 mL) dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp (25 mL) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup (250 mL) cooked green peas
