Peppadews stuffed with green olive tapenade & mozzarella
- 24 peppadew peppers (12 each of red and yellow)
- 1 ball mozzarella , cut into cubes
- 100g pitted green olives
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp capers , rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp chopped basil leaves , plus some leaves for serving
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
