  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1¼ cups heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • Fresh whole nutmeg
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Powdered sugar
