Pasta with Portabella Cream Sauce and Chicken
- Large handful spaghetti
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 chicken breast
- Medium onion, chopped roughly
- 2 portabella caps, chopped roughly
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped roughly
- Pinch of dried sage
- 1 glug of wine (whatever you have open)
- 2-3 glugs of half and half
- 2 dollops of sour cream
- 1 glug broth (whatever kind you have handy)
