Pappardelle with mushrooms, lemon & parsley
- 200g pappardelle , cooked according to packet, (keep 2 tbsp water when you drian it.)
- 50g butter
- 250g oyster and chestnut, shiitake mushrooms , a mixture, or one, sliced
- 12 lemon , juiced
- olive oil
- 1 garlic clove , crushed
- small bunch flat-leaf parsley , roughly chopped
