Pan-fried pears with ginger & chilli butter
- 4 not too ripe pears (we used Conference)
- 50g butter
- red chilli , deseeded and finely chopped or 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
- 2 tsp freshly grated ginger or 1 tsp ground ginger
- crme frache or yogurt, to serve
