  • 2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 4 tbsp warm water
  • 100ml /3 fl oz apple juice (at room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil , plus extra for kneading
  • 1 heaped tbsp chopped fresh rosemary or thyme (or a combination)
