Onion and Mint Raita with Chickpeas
- 1/3 cup dried chickpeas (1 cup cooked)
- 1 cup plain whole fat yogurt
- 4 green onions, cut into very thin rounds
- 1/3 teaspoon sea salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
