My Mom's Lasagna
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 4 onions, minced
- 6 (16 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes

- 10 leaves fresh basil leaves, torn
- 2 (16 ounce) packages lasagna noodles
- 1 cup red wine
- 4 pounds ricotta cheese
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
