  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 3lbs boned, skinned chicken thighs, each cut in 2
  • 2 onions
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sultanas (golden raisins)
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup slivered almonds, toasted
