Moroccan tuna kebabs with couscous
- 200ml hot vegetable stock mixed with 1 tsp ground cumin
- a small bunch of mint , roughly chopped
- 100g couscous
- 2 tbsp harissa , plus extra to serve
- 2 tuna steaks , cut into large chunks
- 2 lemons , 1 juiced, 1 cut into wedges
- 4 skewers , soaked in water for 30 minutes
