- 200g cooked white crabmeat
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 spring onions , finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 egg , beaten
- 2 handfuls fresh breadcrumbs
- coriander leaves to decorate (optional)
