  • 1 large or 2 small cloves garlic, chopped
  • Dash of ground cumin
  • Dash of cayenne pepper, plus some for garnish
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ¾ to 1 cup Indian-Spiced Cashews, coarsely chopped
