- 85g couscous
- 25g pine nuts , toasted
- handful black olives , roughly chopped
- 50g feta cheese , crumbled
- 50g semi-dried tomatoes , snipped, or handful cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 2 tbsp shredded basil
