- 500g pack shortcrust pastry
- 1 onion , sliced
- 200g potatoes , peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 25g butter
- 200g smoked mackerel
- 50g membrillo (quince paste), diced into cubes
- 3 eggs
- 200g crme frache
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 4 tbsp grated Parmesan
