  • 2 large, ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried mango
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed (or flax meal)
  • 3/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp salt
