- 1 package store bought crust
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 10 Brussels Sprouts, leaves removed
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 jar artichoke hearts, drained and halved
