  • 10 Brussels Sprouts, leaves removed
  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 jar artichoke hearts, drained and halved
  • 3 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
  • salt and pepper to taste
